Community Access Television Services (CATS), The Monroe County Public
Library, The City of Bloomington, and HoosierNet, have joined together
to bring you live and archived RealVideo presentations of local
governmental and civic meetings.
This project was unveiled on the morning of Monday, September 13,
1999. If you have any suggestions for how this service
